“My family had a very old quilt,  it was a family heirloom. One day we realized there was a big hole in it. The only way to fix it was to sew it, and the only person who could fix it was my aunt. Once we went there she agreed to fix it up, but she told me how to fix it for the next time it breaks. After that I started to learn how to make blocks which are vital to the pattern of an overall quilt, and those can be frustrating, but I will always finish it. “
