Heather Nance dons a pink headscarf in the spirit of Breast Cancer Awareness month during the Blue/Gray Game on Oct. 11. Nance is currently receiving treatment for breast cancer. Her daughter Wriley and friend Swayze Vaught (left) also showed their support by having pink ribbons painted on their faces by the cheerleaders. BIC cheerleaders hung awareness posters throughout the MAC as part of their recognition of the month. They also wear pink ribbons and shoestrings as part of their efforts.
