Hoops ‘N Heels to be held Oct. 13
Members of the Mustang basketball team are getting ready for Hoops ‘N Heels Oct. 13.

Hoops ‘N Heels is an upcoming fundraiser for the senior high boys’ basketball team. Any female fan has the opportunity to come out to the MAC from 6 p.m to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, the 13th, and learn a few of the team’s favorite plays.
“It’s not the basics of basketball,” Coach Bill Taylor said. “It’s just the way we do it here at BIC.”
The team will be there to demonstrate how to run the plays, and then the women will get to take the floor and try it on their own.
It cost $35 dollars to participate and each lady will receive a t-shirt at the end of the night. The proceeds will go towards new travel bags for the team.
