“Before my first show, I was kind of nervous and excited. I was mainly nervous because I didn’t know how it would go. I didn’t really know what to expect. I think it was right at a year ago. It was at a Paragould Jackpot show. It was probably about my second show when I really started winning. I got Reserved Champion out of the whole show, which is second, and I got a banner and a check. During the show I won my belt buckle in, I was nervous because I really wanted to win. I wanted to win one ever since I started showing. I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished, and I believe in myself. You can show until you’re twenty-one, so that’s probably what I’ll do. After that I’ll help my siblings that want to show.”
