“For the past couple of years, I’ve been thinking about going into the marines because I thought they may further my career and become a great thing for me as a person. The ASVAB was pretty hard. The math section was simple though because I’m good at that stuff. However, when it came to the automotive section, I got kind of confused and didn’t do very well, but it was still a good test, hard, but still good. I loved the experience of it. I got a 73 and I felt that I did very well due to my thoughts and confidence on the test. I felt proud when I found my score because my class averages were in the 50’s. I felt that I accomplished something good for myself. If I get a chance at scoring higher, I would 100 percent take it again.”
