“I wanted to be MAC because I thought it would be a new and fun experience. I think the new suit is awesome. In order to be a school mascot, you have to be able to withstand hot temperatures, be good with kids, be creative and know how to cheer well. My favorite part is probably getting to see the little kids get excited over seeing the mascot. One time, a kid was acting like he was punching me so I went along with it and fell like he actually did. The little kids starting jumping on my head.  You get to play with them, give them candy, and cheer for our basketball team. It’s pretty fun.”
